The elderberry tincture is wonderful! I’ve been using it daily throughout cold and flu season, and when I caught the cold that was going around, my symptoms were much milder than those of everyone else around me.

A friend suggested to try this with my 2nd grader who has been very easily frustrated & "cranky" this school year. It seems to have helped with his mood some and we're continuing to use it along with trying other things.

As a 1st grade teacher & mom of two (4 & 7) I'm constantly surrounded by germs/illnesses. I started my kids on this duo about 5 weeks before my surgery to try to keep everyone healthy. I also started taking it after surgery and stayed consistent for a little bit and we all stayed healthy. Then our routine was inconsistent & we weren't taking our tinctures regularly like we had been, everyone ended up with some sort of illness and we started back in a consistent tincture routine again.
I wanted to share as this wasn't something we noticed a difference when we started taking but rather when we stopped talking it we noticed how much it had been helping. Absolutely recommend!

So far I have noticed a huge decrease in craving and my appetite is also improved to where I am satisfied with smaller portions at meal time. I noticed these changes within 3 days and I do not mind the taste and no side effects.

I ordered the oregano and the GLP1. Very satisfies with both. I started taking bothat the beginning of January: The GLP1 took away my bloating and my hunger pangs. I lost 2 lbs. I will be ordering again.
