Magnesium Spray:
- 2oz pure, genuine zechstein magnesium salt
- splash of distilled water
Sleepy Time Tincture:
- 2oz vegetable glycerin and gluten free vodka tincture
- chamomile
- valerian
- passion flower
- lemon balm
- catnip
- oat straw
Sleepy Time Tallow:
- grass fed triple hand rendered beef tallow
- German chamomile, organic dried lavender, valerian root infused in castor oil
- vitamin E oil
Magnesium Spray:
Shake well and spray anywhere on the body for muscle/tension relief, soles of the feet or spine for sleep support, back of the neck for headache relief and on the abdomen for digestion support.
Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Please note it may "tingle" at first, and that is often a sign of the body being deficient in Magnesium.
Sleepy Time Tincture:
Shake well before use. Take one (1) squeeze of the dropper bulb, approximately 30-40 drops (please note dropper syringe will only fill half way) under tongue or in water or juice, 30 minutes before bed or when feeling the need to relax, up to 3 times daily as needed.
Kids start with 15-20 drops, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Good stored in cool dry area for 3 years.
Sleepy Time Tallow:
Apply a pea size amount as needed to soles of feet or spine 30 minutes before bedtime routine or during relaxation rituals.
Discontinue if reaction occurs.
Shelf life 6-9 months.

Expedited shipping methods (Priority, 3-day, 2-day shipping) only apply to the transit time once the package is with the mail carrier and do not speed up the order processing/fulfillment time.
HEAT WARNING: In hotter months your tallows may arrive in a melted or runny consistency.
As all of our tallows are whipped, this may result in the expected volume of the product appearing less than full. We assure you that we fill our jars completely to the top, and this is simply due to heat in transit. If this happens, please put it in the refrigerator to re-solidify.
The quality of the ingredients will remain intact even if the consistency is different than expected.
