Wild yam root that is derived from the root of a twining vine, wild yam has been traditionally used for its antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory properties to treat menopausal symptoms. Licorice root has been used for centuries for different ailments, today, licorice root is promoted as a dietary supplement for conditions such as digestive problems, menopausal symptoms, cough, and bacterial and viral infections. Another herbal remedy with many uses for different ailments used in this tincture is passionflower. Passionflower is promoted today as a dietary supplement for anxiety and sleep problems, as well as for pain, heart rhythm problems, menopausal symptoms, and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder. Uva ursi is used for many different urinary tract disorders, and can reduce bacteria in the urine. It can also reduce swelling/inflammation. Valerian is used for many different ailments including insomnia, anxiety, depression, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), menopause symptoms, and headaches.
Use during PMS symptoms 2 dropper fulls in AM, or as directed by a healthcare provider, or as maintenance 1-2 times a week.
