- 2oz vegetable glycerin and gluten free vodka tincture
- barberry root
- gymnema leaf
- bitter melon
- dandelion root
- fenugreek seed

Take one (1) squeeze of the dropper bulb, approximately 30-40 drops (please note dropper syringe will only fill half way) under tongue or in water or juice, once daily for metabolic maintenance support, and up to 3 times daily 30 minutes before meal for best digestion support.
Good stored in cool dry area for 3 years.

I just ordered another bottle. I am taking the Lions Mane, Liver detox, and the Lymphatic tincture too, and overall I am feeling a little more like myself. Going to continue taking to see how this next month goes. I did just get the Women's Health too and am hoping this helps balance my hormones a bit more. I do feel less anxious, so not sure it is the Lions Mane or a combination. Definitely thankful for trying it.
Just started using this product and I can say… I’ve tried a lot of other products but this one is completely different. First thing I noticed was my craving for sugar is gone!! Love it!!
My cravings are far less! I feel like I don’t crave sugar and feel less hungry. I use this 3-4 times a day and it really helps. A few times I’ve been away from home and haven’t had it and I feel the difference. Also I used to hate the taste, but now I don’t mind it at all.

Not really sure if I'm noticing anything different? I think I'm feeling less food noise?
So I was on another glp1 support product before moving right into this one. The other was a pill and more expensive thus the switch. So far I feel like this has continued that support with controlling hunger and stress eating. I take it straight and chase with water. Its not terrible. No additional weight loss yet but hopeful.

I started taking this twice a day right away I got it on July 1st. The first couple of days I noticed a difference in cravings and I didn't have a hungry feeling. That went away after about a week. So I started taking it three times a day.. I am still waiting to see results from this. Its been almost a week with 3 times a day.

Taste isn’t bad at all. I haven't been real consistent with taking it but when I do, I don’t notice anything. Was hoping it was gonna curb my appetite. If I can get more consistent I will update.
