Make your own organic Elderberry syrup from home with this easy to use DIY Elderberry Syrup kit!

Elderberry syrup is a rich source of antioxidants and is often used to support the immune system. Elderberry is often touted for use against viral infections such as the common cold or the flu. Can also aid in fighting bacterial infections, helps clear sinuses, and has many anti-inflammatory and anti-carcinogenic properties. Contains many nutrients, such as fiber, vitamin C, iron, and potassium.
I recommend 1 tablespoon daily for adults, and 1 teaspoon daily for children over one to help boost the immune system year round.
If you are feeling sick or have the flu, increase dosage to 1 tablespoon every 3-4 hours up to 6 times per day (for children over one use 1 teaspoon).
Store in airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.

This kit made it so easy to make our Elderberry syrup at home. I’ve been wanting to do this for a long time and just never got around to it.
