Shake well before use. Take one (1) squeeze of the dropper bulb, approximately 30-40 drops (please note dropper syringe will only fill half way) under tongue or in water or juice, once daily for maintenance support, and up to 3 times daily as needed.
Kids start with 15-20 drops, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Good stored in cool dry area for 3 years.

HEAT WARNING: In hotter months your tallows may arrive in a melted or runny consistency.
As all of our tallows are whipped, this may result in the expected volume of the product appearing less than full. We assure you that we fill our jars completely to the top, and this is simply due to heat in transit. If this happens, please put it in the refrigerator to re-solidify.
The quality of the ingredients will remain intact even if the consistency is different than expected.

Don't think I see any effect
I have a very spirited 5 year old that struggles with a large variety of behaviors- I been advised by several professionals that she should be tested for ADHD. While she is still on the younger side I decided to try a variety of things to help her until she is older. I started her on the lions mane 60 days ago. She has shown amazing progress. She is doing very well at school, can get dressed on her own, her tantrums have majorly decreased, and various other differences. 4 months ago she couldn’t sit still for 5 minutes in a movie theater. Today she sat through the whole movie with zero issues. I’m amazed at the way the lions mane has helped her.
Also the sleep package is amazing-that has helped me sleep so much better. I was waking a ton at night and struggled falling asleep and now I sleep through the night and fall asleep faster.
All these products are used constantly and took time to notice a difference but they work amazingly!
