Our Bug & Tick Spray was created for families who spend real time outdoors — long evenings on the patio, lake days, gardening, camping trips, bonfires, ball fields, and everything in between.
Handmade in small batches by two RN founders, this plant-powered outdoor spray was intentionally crafted with a strong blend of oils traditionally used during outdoor exposure — without synthetic fragrance or the overpowering feel of conventional sprays.
We didn’t want something that just smelled “natural.”
We wanted something that felt intentional, effective, and wearable for everyday outdoor use.
This formula features a purposeful blend of citronella, lemon eucalyptus, lemongrass, cedarwood, lavender, tea tree, and neem oil for a fresh, woodsy outdoor scent profile that feels clean rather than overpowering.
While many outdoor spray brands avoid powerhouse ingredients like neem oil because of its strong natural aroma, we intentionally chose function over fluff.
We didn’t stop formulating until we created a blend built around ingredients we actually wanted to use ourselves outdoors — thoughtfully selected oils that each serve a purpose, rather than an overly crowded formula filled with competing ingredients for the sake of marketing.

Directions
Shake well before use. Apply to exposed skin and clothing prior to outdoor use. Reapply every 60–90 minutes as needed, especially during prolonged outdoor activity or after sweating.
Because this formula is made with concentrated plant oils and designed for extended outdoor use, we recommend applying in light, even layers rather than oversaturating the skin. A little goes a long way and helps avoid a heavy or buildup feeling on the skin.
Caution
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mouth. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children.

Order Processing
We aim to process orders within 7 business days (Monday–Friday). Please note that we have no control over USPS transit times. Delivery routes and estimated arrival dates are subject to change due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any delays or route changes are the responsibility of USPS or UPS.
Expedited shipping methods (Priority, 3-day, 2-day shipping) only apply to the transit time once the package is with the mail carrier and do not speed up the order processing/fulfillment time.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping within the U.S. and U.S. territories on orders over $100. This free shipping option will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage and does not include USPS Priority or UPS. Orders must total $100 or more after discounts are applied and before checkout to qualify.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are final. We cannot accept refunds, exchanges, or returns.
We provide a full ingredient list for every product. Please be sure to read it for any possible allergens before ordering. Pioneer Pam is inculpable for any adverse reaction or allergy to our products.
We understand that each person has a unique preference in scents and textures. However as a small handcrafted business we cannot offer returns or exchanges for a dislike of scents, textures, or colors.
HEAT WARNING: In hotter months your tallows may arrive in a melted or runny consistency.
As all of our tallows are whipped, this may result in the expected volume of the product appearing less than full. We assure you that we fill our jars completely to the top, and this is simply due to heat in transit. If this happens, please put it in the refrigerator to re-solidify.
The quality of the ingredients will remain intact even if the consistency is different than expected.
