Sustainably Sourced & Handcrafted:

Made in small batches by two RNs (a mother-daughter team!). We locally source our tallow from 100% grass-fed cows. Due to the natural variation of ingredients, texture or scent may vary slightly—but the formula and benefits remain the same.

Cleansing Oil

Apply a few drops to your dry face to melt away the day- even waterproof mascara! Rub into skin and wipe clean with a warm towel. No need to use any foaming soaps or cleansers- this oil cleanser uses like dissolves like scientific principle to pull impurities and cleanse skin from within.

Phytotox Serum

Apply as needed in AM to a clean dry face, neck and décolletage, a few drops go a long way!

Phytotox Tallow

Apply as needed in AM/PM as last step in skincare routine to lock in moisture all day or night. Apply to face, neck and décolletage! A pea sized amount should be more than enough!

During the summer months I personally just use the tallow in the PM, and during the dry months over the winter use it in AM and PM.

Apply as needed. Discontinue if irritation occurs.

We aim to process orders within 7 business days (Monday–Friday). Please note that we have no control over USPS transit times. Delivery routes and estimated arrival dates are subject to change due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any delays or route changes are the responsibility of USPS or UPS.

Expedited shipping methods (Priority, 3-day, 2-day shipping) only apply to the transit time once the package is with the mail carrier and do not speed up the order processing/fulfillment time.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within the U.S. and U.S. territories on orders over $100. This free shipping option will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage and does not include USPS Priority or UPS. Orders must total $100 or more after discounts are applied and before checkout to qualify.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are final. We cannot accept refunds, exchanges, or returns.  

We provide a full ingredient list for every product. Please be sure to read it for any possible allergens before ordering. Pioneer Pam is inculpable for any adverse reaction or allergy to our products.

We understand that each person has a unique preference in scents and textures. However as a small handcrafted business we cannot offer returns or exchanges for a dislike of scents, textures, or colors. 

HEAT WARNING: In hotter months your tallows may arrive in a melted or runny consistency.

As all of our tallows are whipped, this may result in the expected volume of the product appearing less than full. We assure you that we fill our jars completely to the top, and this is simply due to heat in transit. If this happens, please put it in the refrigerator to re-solidify. 

The quality of the ingredients will remain intact even if the consistency is different than expected.
